Network Specialist

Your role
As a YaWorks Network Specialist, you will be capable of handling a wide range of multifaceted projects from start to finish. You draw energy from determining the customer's needs and wishes, condensing these into concrete designs and implementing the solution. You have the heart and soul of a techie and persevere when others give up, determined to find the right solutions.
Recent projects in our portfolio include Data center designs for major multinationals based on Nexus, FlexPod or V-Block, Innovation research into mobile connectivity (LTE), full IT carve-outs for large financial institutions and the design and implementation of numerous complex Wireless Mesh solutions to provide 100% coverage in city centers.
What will your job entail?
- Realizing designs and implementations on behalf of various major customers in the Top 500.
- Writing well-substantiated proposals for improvement.
- Implementing major migration projects.
- Advising our customers on the provisioning of sustainable technology solutions.

Who are you?
You have a passion for technology and you like to pass it on to others. You are adept at devising suitable solutions to problems and like to share these with the people around you. You are good with people and can effectively involve them in your activities.
• You have approximately five years’ experience as a specialist in the domain of infrastructure and networking.
• You have worked with a variety of vendors, preferably Cisco, Juniper and/or Huawei.
• You have a degree from a university (WO)/university of applied sciences (HBO) or equivalent. You like to work as part of dynamic (customer) environments.
• You are solution-oriented and you like to collaborate.
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.
• You hold a driving licence (B).
